Indore Crime News: कुछ अन्य लोगों के नाम भी Forex ट्रेडिंग सामने आए हैं जिनकी फर्जीवाड़ा में शामिल रहने की जानकारी सामने आई है। अतुल ने थाने के सामने स्थित अपोलो प्रिमियम में फोरेक्स ट्रेडिंग की कंपनी खोली थी। ठगी के लिए बनाया गया साफ्टवेयर दिल्ली के अरविंद ने बनाया था।
Indore Crime News: इंदौर, नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि। 50 करोड़ के फोरेक्स ट्रेडिंग घोटाले में विशेष जांच दल आरोपित अतुल नेतनराव और उसकी पत्नी पारुल नेतनराव से पूछताछ कर रही है। आरोपितों को जबलपुर और दिल्ली ले जाने के लिए रिमांड मांगा गया है। कुछ अन्य लोगों के नाम भी सामने आए हैं जिनकी फर्जीवाड़ा Forex ट्रेडिंग में शामिल रहने की जानकारी सामने आई है।
विजय नगर पुलिस के मुताबिक आरोपित अतुल पुत्र एंथोनी नेतनराव और पारुल पति अतुल नेतनवार निवासी पिपरिया जबलपुर 16 अक्टूबर तक रिमांड पर है। अतुल ने थाने के सामने स्थित अपोलो प्रिमियम में फोरेक्स ट्रेडिंग की कंपनी खोली थी। पुलिस ने दोनों पति-पत्नी को रिमांड पर लिया तो बताया जिस साफ्टवेयर की मदद से करोड़ों ठगे वह दिल्ली के अरविंद ने बनाया था। टीम अब आरोपितों को दिल्ली ले जाएगी। यह भी बताया कि उसने साफ्टवेयर बनाने की एवज में करोड़ों रुपया कमिशन लिया है। इसी तरह आरोपित के घर पिपरिया में भी घोटाले से संबंधित दस्तावेज और उपकरण होने की जानकारी मिली है। टीआइ के मुताबिक अतुल की महिला कर्मचारी मोनिका, सोनिया सहित अनिल बिष्ट, हरदीपसिंह सलूजा और चेतन पहले ही गिरफ्तार हो चुके है। अतुल ने मोनिका और सोनिया को लक्जरी कारें गिफ्ट में दी है।
पत्नी को लेकर दुबई भाग गया था आरोपित
पुलिस के मुताबिक आरोपित ने कर्मचारियों की दुबई में ट्रेनिंग करवाई थी। केस दर्ज होने के बाद भी पारुल को लेकर दुबई भाग गया था। पुलिस ने उसके खिलाफ लुक आउट नोटिस जारी करवा दिया था। जैसे ही वह भारत आया मुंबई एयरपोर्ट अथोरिटी ने कब्जे में ले लिया। पुलिस Forex ट्रेडिंग टीम रवाना हुई और दोनों को इंदौर ले आए। बताते है अतुल ने जमानत के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी लगाई थी। कोर्ट ने उसे पेश करने के निर्देस दिए थे। वह जमानत अर्जी लगाने के लिए ही स्वंम भारत आया है।

RBI ने जारी की अवैध फॉरेक्स ट्रेडिंग ऐप की अलर्ट लिस्ट
अवैध ऐप्स की लंबी सूची में OctaFX शामिल है, जो इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग (IPL) टीम दिल्ली कैपिटल्स का आधिकारिक ट्रेडिंग स्पॉन्सर है। आरबीआई ने इन ऐप को लेकर लोगों को चेताया है और उपयोग Forex ट्रेडिंग नहीं करने की सलाह दी है।

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) ने इस सप्ताह अवैध इलेक्ट्रॉनिक ट्रेडिंग प्लेटफॉर्म पर विदेशी मुद्रा लेनदेन में शामिल संस्थाओं की एक अलर्ट सूची जारी की। इसमें एक ऐप ऐसा भी है, जो IPL टीम दिल्ली कैपिटल को स्पॉन्सर करता है। यह अवैध संस्था या ऐप लोगों से हाई रिटर्न का वादा करके लुभाते हैं। आरबीआई ने Forex ट्रेडिंग कहा कि इन अवैध प्लेटफॉर्म के यूजर्स पर मुकदमा चलाया जा सकता है।

आरबीआई ने यह भी कहा कि इस लिस्ट में नहीं आने वाले यूनिट को केंद्रीय बैंक की ओर से रजिस्टर्ड नहीं माना जाना चाहिए। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के मानदंडों के अनुसार, लोगों को (विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 1999) के अनुसार केवल रजिस्टर्ड संस्थाओं के साथ विदेशी मुद्रा लेनदेन करना चाहिए।
आरबीआई ने क्या कहा
आरबीआई के अनुसार, जबकि अनुमत विदेशी मुद्रा लेनदेन इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप से किए जा सकते हैं, उन्हें केवल आरबीआई या मान्यता प्राप्त स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों जैसे नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड, बीएसई लिमिटेड और मेट्रोपॉलिटन स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड द्वारा इस उद्देश्य के लिए अधिकृत ईटीपी पर ही किया जाना चाहिए।
